This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring Essen, truly enjoyed it. Room was excellent value for money. The music bar was a delightful surprise...

Location was marvellous, atmosphere - HOMELIKE. Very clean rooms. In fact, the free Wi Fi was a cherry on top. It deserves its 3 stars.

There was no shampoo.
